Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Sprinter Health, you will be the first voice of the company, providing exceptional support to customers while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

In Short

  • Full time temporary position through Dec 31, 2025.
  • Assist Clinical Managers and Sprinters with scheduling changes.
  • Field and resolve overnight questions from patients.
  • Respond to inbound customer questions via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Escalate questions and concerns to other teams as necessary.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer or patient service.
  • Experience working with Zendesk.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
