Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist I at Constant Contact, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service, providing guidance, and helping small businesses and non-profits maximize the value of our digital marketing product suite.

  • Must have stable internet and a quiet workspace.
  • 2+ years of call center experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Call center experience of minimum 2 years.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, QA, FCR).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Five9.
  • Proven customer de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
