Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and solution-oriented team members dedicated to providing the highest level of support in each customer interaction.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position in the USA
  • Hourly rate of $22 - $26 plus commission
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding DMS products and services
  • Provide ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues
  • Log all calls and support requests
  • 2+ years of inbound customer support experience required
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Remote worker assistance for wellness and home office

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inbound customer support experience
  • Minimum of Associate's degree
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
  • Excellent in-person, phone and written customer communication skills
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
