Requirements

  • 6+ months experience in Customer Support/Service.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+ level).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High level of empathy in interactions.
  • Good computer skills in Office Suite and Google Programs.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team.
  • Solid accountability and responsibility for work.
