In Short

• Respond to customer inquiries through digital channels.
• Understand products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with various departments for timely resolution.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer response records.
• Identify challenges and suggest improvements.
• Monitor accounts for fraudulent activity.
• Participate in projects to enhance service quality.
• Work various shifts between Monday to Sunday, 8:00AM - 12:00AM EST.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a contact center environment.
• Understanding of contact center metrics and KPIs.
• Knowledge of online payment rules is an asset.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Team player and collaborative.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across digital platforms.
• Experience using Genesys Cloud is an asset.
