Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

Modash is a growing creator partnerships platform that helps brands scale their partnerships with creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We’re looking for a support-obsessed human to help iconic consumer brands and fledgling Shopify stores partner with more creators more successfully.

In Short

• Cover support tickets and work closely with B2B customers to solve problems.
• Provide on-camera support via calls or recorded videos.
• Tackle technical and non-technical support inquiries.
• Enhance efficiency while building a strong knowledge base.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team and other departments.
• Gather customer feedback for operational improvements.
• Participate in regular ticket reviews for self-improvement.
• Work in a small, dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer support, preferably B2B.
• Technical aptitude to handle inquiries effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
