  • Maintain a 24-hour response time for all inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Proactive and empathetic customer success specialist.
  • Native-level English fluency.
  • Experience managing support tickets in a SaaS or digital health environment.
  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and translate feedback into insights.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for technology.
  • Confident communicator capable of managing complex technical issues.
  • Ability to create self-service tools and documentation.
  • Experience with AI-driven automation is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to ensure coverage.
