Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will lead a designated book of business composed of mid-market accounts, driving customer retention and growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer-facing account leadership experience.

  • Experience managing customer retention and account growth.
  • Highly collaborative and influential.
  • Exceptional executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%.
