In Short

  • Process member requests (tickets) with a focus on quality service.
  • Search for suitable healthcare facilities for members.
  • Interact with members via telephone and chat to assist in care.
  • Partner with leadership and staff to support practices and members.
  • Provide an exceptional experience to HealthJoy’s American customer base.
  • Work schedule is 5/2 from 15:30 to 24:00.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+ level).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High level of empathy in customer interactions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Solid accountability and responsibility.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs.
  • Experience in Customer Support/Service is a plus.
