Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will leverage your understanding of process automation and technical support to assist our customers at both the 1st and 2nd level. You will also support applications in active use and provide solutions that enhance our customer experience.

  • Consultation, implementation, and technical support in process automation.

Requirements

  • Completed education as a computer scientist or in a customer-oriented field with a technical background.
  • Strong social skills and a good understanding of customer care core values.
  • Experience in customer support, especially in technical environments.
  • Understanding of process automation with the ability to consult and provide technical support.
  • Experience in supporting applications in productive use.
  • Structured approach, careful and precise work style.
  • Active English proficiency.
