Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at zeroheight, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, solving their problems and enhancing their experience with our design system management platform.

In Short

  • Fully remote position based in the UK

  • Engage with customers via email and calls as needed
  • Work in a collaborative and autonomous environment

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Clear and friendly communication style
  • Good technical knowledge of web technologies
  • Willingness to visit the London hub quarterly
  • Interest in UX design and design systems is a plus
  • Proactive attitude and adaptability to startup environment
  • Experience using AI tools for efficiency is desirable
