Overview

Attentive is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first line of support for customers, troubleshooting technical issues and enhancing the overall product experience.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical platform issues.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical curiosity and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs or SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS or ecommerce platforms preferred.
  • Based in the eastern time zone.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Collaborative and able to work across teams.
  • Growth mindset with interest in startups and software.
