Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote role that is based in Ukraine. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for processing members’ requests, delivering quality service, and ensuring members understand their healthcare benefits.

In Short

• Process member requests and tickets.
• Interact with members via telephone and chat.
• Search for suitable healthcare providers for members.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to support members.
• Provide exceptional service to HealthJoy’s American customers.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in customer support/service.
• Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency in English.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Adaptability to frequent changes.
• Good computer literacy in Office Suite and Google Programs.
