Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will assist clients in using the MYLE software, providing technical support and ensuring client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Handle incoming client requests remotely.
  • Provide technical support related to MYLE software.
  • Identify root causes of issues and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve tickets.
  • Escalate complex tickets to technical teams.
  • Contribute to knowledge base and internal process improvements.
  • Participate in internal training and development.
  • Progress through defined support roles with increased responsibilities.
  • Work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Desire to help clients and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
