In Short

  • Guide hoteliers on navigating the Exely Solutions effectively.
  • Offer strong and timely support by addressing hoteliers queries through calls and emails.
  • Manage hoteliers feedback and escalate it to the relevant department.
  • Ensure our solutions are functioning accurately on the hotelier's end.
  • Oversee the timely resolution of hoteliers requests in case of issues.
  • Onboard and train clients to utilize our platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments including technical support team.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Work in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Participate in a probation period of three months.

Requirements

  • Passion for helping people.

  • Ability to handle feedback and resolve issues.
  • Experience in customer support or related fields.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
