As a Customer Support Specialist at Deel, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support for our global payroll and HR platform.

In Short

  • Process orders and deliver troubleshooting solutions.

  • Participate in ongoing product training and upskilling.
  • Work independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • Experience in BPO, call centers, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Ability to provide support across multiple platforms.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with strong research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide customer satisfaction through empathy.
  • Experience in a global SaaS company is a plus.
  • Zendesk experience preferred.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and adapt to processes.
  • Exceptional collaboration and ownership of tasks.
  • Flexibility to work during non-core business hours if needed.
