Overview

The Strategic Account Manager’s primary responsibility is the growth of large accounts within our corporate sponsored internet lead/calls distribution platform for insurance agents. The position is responsible for the continued development of the program by nurturing, building and growing existing relationships with our top clients on the platform.

In Short

  • Manage large accounts for an insurance lead distribution platform.
  • Focus on increasing unique agent count and agent spend.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to top clients.
  • Attend trade shows and represent the company.
  • Track and analyze KPIs and performance data.
  • Recruit new business and maintain a pipeline of active agents.
  • Develop account plans with short-term and long-term goals.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to meet objectives.
  • Document outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the program.

Requirements

  • Ability to attend 4+ trade shows and conferences.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in task completion.
  • Proven ability to hit KPIs consistently.
  • Experience in outbound/inbound sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing high revenue accounts.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the USA.
