Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner will support a team of approximately 175 employees, focusing on strategic partnership, employee relations, coaching, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP.
• Experience in remote or distributed team environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations.
• A coaching mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Learning and Development experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Effective communication skills for influencing and building trust.
• Comfortable in high-growth environments.
• Relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, etc.) are a plus.
