In Short

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior technical and product leadership.
• Facilitate organizational and structural changes.
• Support business strategy execution and workforce planning.
• Ensure high-quality onboarding and adaptation processes.
• Coach and mentor managers on leadership skills.
• Lead succession planning initiatives for critical roles.
• Drive performance management processes within technical teams.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with employees.
• Monitor team climate and address engagement risks.
• Organize exit interviews for smooth offboarding.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2) or higher.
• Deep understanding of product development cycles.
• Experience in supporting managers and driving leadership development.
• Ability to navigate change and manage complex dynamics.
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
