We are OBRIO, a product IT company that creates Nebula, the largest spirituality brand with over 70M users. We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to strengthen our team, scale the product, and impact the workplace experience of employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR, with over a year as HRBP.
• Experience building HR processes from scratch in rapidly growing teams.
• Ability to optimize employee lifecycle stages for various teams.
• Implemented HR projects with significant business impacts.
• Experience working with HR analytics for process evaluation.
• Conducted HR surveys and developed actions for improving engagement.
• Ambitious, proactive, and results-focused.
