Overview

This position is for a Senior HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic partner to the Revenue and Marketing organizations, focusing on organizational design, leadership capabilities, and communication.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in an HRBP role in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Strong influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience in diagnosing organizational issues.
• Comfortable creating clarity in ambiguity.
• Deep coaching experience with managers.
• Ability to understand GTM environments and roles.
• High judgment and calm communication.
