Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRBP experience in IT industry.
  • Experience in Employee Lifecycle and Performance Management systems.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and engagement programs.
  • Confident use of CRM/HRM systems.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Strong decision-making ability.
