Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR or organizational development.
• Experience with call center operations is required.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of Federal and State labor laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in managing change for hypergrowth organizations.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver results.
• Experience in insurance and/or startups is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
