Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner for our Instruments salesforce is responsible for executing the talent strategy, providing a consistent experience to leaders, directors, managers and employees, and supporting the engagement strategy for the market.

• Responsible for HR partnership to Managers, Directors, and Senior Leaders.
• Focuses on employee relations, retention, and business processes.
• Performs needs analysis for compensation, talent, diversity, and recruiting.
• Facilitates interactions among organizational stakeholders.
• Provides business partnership to Leaders and Directors.
• Coaches managers on HR and business-related issues.
• Implements solutions for retention and employee engagement.
• Interprets data and makes HR recommendations.
• Supports strategic HR initiatives with executive leadership.
• Travel percentage: 40%.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• 10+ years of HR or role-related experience.
• 5+ years of business-facing HR experience preferred.
• Experience in multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience supporting a large salesforce.
• Ability to work within the country of the job requisition location.
