Overview

Openly is hiring an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to provide essential support for our growing business. In this role, you will help coordinate and execute the full recruiting life cycle, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
• Own interview scheduling and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Source and identify candidates using various methods.
• Support onboarding initiatives for new hires.
• Promote Openly’s values and mission to prospective candidates.
• Support Total Rewards and Talent Management teams.
• Look for ways to apply new technology to streamline operations.
• Work in a remote environment.
• Provide support in managing delicate and confidential information.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of focused full-cycle recruiting and/or corporate HR experience required.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle delicate and confidential information with discretion.
