Overview

Keeper is hiring a motivated Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support the full cycle recruiting process. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

In Short

• Support the full cycle recruitment process
• Review applications and correspond with candidates
• Facilitate interview scheduling
• Sourcing candidates using various platforms
• Manage new hire onboarding activities
• Coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers
• Create and maintain recruitment documentation
• Conduct screening interviews for junior roles
• Collaborate with HR and training teams
• Coordinate special projects for the talent acquisition team

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong initiative
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruitment processes
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Collaborative mindset
• Proficient in process documentation
• Experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
