Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 year of recruitment experience in corporate or agency environments.
• 0-1 year experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use talent management and related systems.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of employment law.
