• Conduct high-volume virtual intake calls with candidates daily.
• Collect and record candidate data in our CRM/ATS accurately.

• Guide candidates through next steps in the recruitment process.
• Represent the organization professionally on every call.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs.
• Manage candidate data within our ATS.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
