Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of claims lifecycle and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google products, and LMS.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in instructional design or training roles.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Some travel may be required.
