• Lead key insurance product management initiatives.
• Develop and calibrate personal lines products.
• Assist with rate filings and regulatory approval.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams.
• Analyze key performance indicators and profitability drivers.
• Manage external data evaluations and market intelligence.
• 5-7 years of insurance product management experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills needed.
• P&C insurance experience is a must.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in insurance product management.
• Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Statistics.
• Solid technical (SQL) and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• P&C insurance experience required.
• Insurance product compliance experience is a plus.
• Experience with catastrophe model output is a plus.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management is a plus.
