In Short

• Lead highly visible and critical initiatives impacting the company's trajectory.
• Initiate, evaluate, and prioritize ideas for product changes.
• Analyze and quantify the impact of product changes.
• Collaborate with development and design teams during sprints.
• Create a user experience that is delightful and effective.
• Perform UAT and functional QA to ensure high-quality feature launches.
• Work cross-functionally to convert insights into product improvements.
• Connect with external stakeholders to ensure product meets needs.
• Participate in setting the strategy and long-term direction for the organization.
• Continually seek ways to improve and optimize value for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a product role at a B2C company.
• Growth and experiments driven mindset.
• Understanding of unit/business economics.
• Super analytical with experience using data for business outcomes.
• Experience in launching products in an agile environment.
• Great eye for UX and understanding of related metrics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
