Insurance Product Manager - Remote

We are seeking a dynamic healthcare professional to work with stakeholders across the organization to impact and influence insurance plan design for our members.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of Medicare Advantage product offerings.
• Oversee assigned plans from inception to CMS plan approval.
• Accountable for documentation of benefit decisions and bid submissions.
• Identify product gaps and recommend changes.
• Conduct competitor research for future bids.
• Provide timely updates to functional leaders.
• Work independently and adapt to changing situations.
• Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
• May require weekend and overtime work.
• Collaborate across multiple business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid product offerings.
• Experience delivering small and medium projects on time.
• Auditing experience or reviewing reports for accuracy.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CMS rules is preferred.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
