The Agency Onboarding Associate is responsible for successfully onboarding new agency partners and ensuring they meet production goals during their first 90 days.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance carrier experience.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Insurance product knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products.
