Insurance Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Product Manager to help drive our companywide product efforts and bring Openly insurance products to independent agents across the country.

In Short

• Lead key insurance product management initiatives.
• Establish strategy for promoting multi-line growth.
• Generate strategy for determining appetite for catastrophe risk.
• Build and launch new products.
• Determine KPI’s and thresholds for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations Teams.
• Analyze key performance indicators and profitability drivers.
• Assist with rate filings and DOI correspondence.
• Evaluate external data and market intelligence.
• Support product compliance and state launch initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in insurance product management.
• Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Strong technical (SQL) and analytical skills.
• Ability to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• P&C insurance experience required.
• Experience with catastrophe models is a plus.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management is a plus.
