Insurance Product Forms Manager - Remote

Overview

The Insurance Product Forms Manager plays a critical role for Openly, ensuring that the contract language is meeting the needs of customers, is legally defensible and compliant with state regulations. This person will collaborate across the organization to understand current forms performance, make recommendations for change, and facilitate a team of forms analysts to effect those recommended changes while also supporting broader company initiatives. This role is one that will balance individual contribution and people leadership.

• Improve processes, team structure, and tools for forms development.
• Maintain forms version inventory using a forms management system.
• Stay current on regulatory and industry changes.
• Prepare and submit form filings to state Departments of Insurance.
• Partner cross-functionally with various departments.
• Define forms business requirements and ensure readiness for launch.
• Conduct competitive and regulatory research.
• Support internal audits related to product forms.
• Ensure forms support Openly’s customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in P&C product coverage requirements.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) regulatory experience.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to coverage language.
• Proficient in conducting regulatory research.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
