Overview

The Agency Success Associate (ASA) is responsible for profitable growth by increasing sales production and strengthening relationships with existing agencies within Openly's sales organization.

  • Engage with agencies frequently to enhance their experience and sales.

  • Manage day-to-day activities to drive profitable growth.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop a customer-centric mindset to build trust and credibility.
  • Work with Microsoft and Google products and a CRM.
  • Be available for some travel as needed.
  • Multitask and problem-solve effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Strong background in sales with a passion for helping partner agencies.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a high volume sales environment.
  • Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility with clients.
  • Knowledge of insurance products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products.
