Client Success Associate - Remote

Overview

The Client Success Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, performance visibility, and actionable insights that help optimize campaigns.

In Short

• Act as the main contact for client accounts via Slack, Email, and Google Meet.
• Lead onboarding sessions, pre-launch meetings, and periodic client check-ins.
• Communicate campaign performance updates and findings clearly.
• Review dashboards and reports to identify key trends and insights.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Track and manage client deliverables and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and campaign adjustments.
• Maintain accurate communication records in internal systems.
• 1+ year of experience in Client Success or Account Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Marketing Operations.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or performance marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Boberdoo experience is a plus).
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for analysis.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs.
• Consultative and proactive mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Personable, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
