Game Release Manager – Junior - Remote

Overview

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Game Release Manager - Junior to join the Game Aggregator team. You’ll work on coordinating and maintaining the release flow of new games from global partners into our aggregation system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across all channels.

In Short

• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and completeness of game information within internal systems.
• Add new games from partner feeds and manage updates to existing game entries.
• Communicate with game providers regarding new releases and technical updates.
• Upload, organise, and maintain game-related graphic materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth information flow.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Russian language skills at B1 level or higher.
• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Excel.
