Firaxis is looking for a Senior Release Manager to drive smooth, high-quality game launches across multiple platforms. If you have a passion for strategy games, live service releases, and ensuring players get the best experience possible, we want to hear from you!

In Short

• Coordinate releases across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks with upcoming builds and escalate to mitigate them.
• Be the touch point for any external certification processes.
• Develop documented processes for managing releases.
• Monitor releases via telemetry and other tools.
• Support unplanned releases focusing on quick resolution.
• Ensure all stakeholders sign off on releases.

Requirements

• 5 years minimum developing and shipping Live Service PC/console games.
• Experience with build certification and release processes.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and releases simultaneously.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Project management experience to improve processes.
• Technical mindset to understand infrastructure dependencies.
• Expertise with Perforce, JIRA, and build submission.
• Passion for video games, especially strategy.
