Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join SOFTSWISS and support a strategically important area of the business.

This role will operate within SOFTSWISS's broader finance ecosystem, with close collaboration and support from Treasury, FP&A, Finance Infrastructure, and other CFO office functions.

Purpose of the role:

This role is designed for a highly independent and commercially minded finance professional who can combine strategic finance leadership with hands-on execution.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the financial framework of the business direction — including management accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury coordination, unit economics, and business partnership.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, financial planning expertise, and close cross-functional collaboration with operational and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will act as a key finance partner, ensuring transparency, scalability, and sustainable profitability of the business.

In Short

• Build and maintain the full P&L structure of the business direction.
• Develop methodologies for cost allocation across traffic channels.
• Establish control over advertising budgets.
• Own unit economics analysis by traffic source.
• Prepare regular financial reporting for key stakeholders.
• Conduct budget vs actual variance analysis.
• Plan weekly and monthly budget requirements.
• Provide pre-launch financial expertise for campaign planning.
• Support pricing strategy development for B2B products.
• Participate in scaling and developing the finance function.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or management accounting.
• Strong understanding of traffic-driven business models.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic finance business partner.
• Strong expertise in management accounting.
• Experience with unit economics analysis.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate).
