• Strong HRBP experience supporting business leaders.
• Experience operating with ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Excellent judgment and prioritization skills.
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for decision-making.
• Comfortable in evolving environments.
