Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager at Genetec, you will lead the development of business strategies for key accounts, focusing on growth and customer satisfaction while collaborating with various internal teams.

In Short

  • Develop and implement business and marketing plans for key accounts.
  • Advance product marketing and ensure account requirements are met.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage forecasts and achieve sales quotas.
  • Maintain data in CRM applications.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team on account strategies.
  • Report on account activity and customer satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Open to traveling up to 50% within California.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of high-tech sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of large-company business practices.
  • Ability to influence and gain consensus among stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of complex technology systems.
  • Proven sales achievement track record.
  • Willingness to travel.
