Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible for growing Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts through proactive account farming and mining. This role requires a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of Axelerant’s services, and the ability to identify and execute strategic opportunities that align with our customer’s business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of account management experience in technology services.
  • Proven track record of building portfolio wallet share.
  • Experience in driving account growth through upsell initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills for forecasting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and productivity software.
