In Short

  • Join a team focused on delivering antibody-based therapies.
  • Manage territory business plans and educate customers.
  • Provide solutions to a variety of customers in the healthcare sector.
  • Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive action on behalf of patients.
  • Develop strategic territory business plans to drive product demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners for account strategy.
  • Aggregate customer and market data to drive selling engagements.
  • Must travel up to 100% within the territory.
  • Strong communication of clinical product information required.
  • Experience with reimbursement and specialty pharmacies is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years in the biopharma industry.
  • Proven track record of high performance in large accounts.
  • Ability to travel extensively across a broad geography.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and codes.
  • Results-oriented with effective time management skills.
  • Experience in case management and market access.
  • Background in Hem/Onc, Hospital/IDN, and immunology preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize opportunities.
  • Proven sales success with consistent quota achievement.
