Overview

The Director, Field Force Effectiveness and Data Management will build the Field Operations function from the ground up as part of Invivyd's commercial organization, influencing commercial strategy and providing insights to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in business or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or consulting.
• Experience in field/sales operations and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage vendor partners and lead project teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Global experience is a plus.
