In Short

• Lead the development and execution of company-wide data strategy.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of data across systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve data infrastructure.
• Establish scalable ongoing data practices.
• Elevate reporting capabilities and enable a data-driven culture.
• Manage and mentor the internal Analytics Manager.
• Build dashboards in Looker for self-serve reporting.
• Conduct deep dive analyses to inform key business decisions.
• Drive data literacy and self-service reporting across the company.
• Evaluate tools and tech to strengthen data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years in data management/governance and analytics.
• Direct experience in e-commerce is required.
• Hands-on proficiency in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and NetSuite.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
• Expert proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with R and/or Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills around data cleanup.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Passionate about the environment and sustainability.
