  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to solve client challenges.
  • Deliver executive-level QBRs and strategy reviews.
  • Build internal influence by mentoring peers and contributing to strategic initiatives.
  • Take a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Work in a fully remote setup.

Requirements

  • Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Relationship Management experience.
  • Proven success managing high-value, complex global accounts.
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication.
  • Ability to identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving mindset.
  • Skilled in building long-term partnerships.
  • Comfortable owning pipeline and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a pod-selling model.
  • Confident presenting insights to C-level stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation and ownership.
