Patient Engagement Specialist, Temporary - Remote

Overview

Sprinter Health is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team, focusing on expanding access to healthcare through in-home services.

In Short

• Serve as the first voice of Sprinter Health to introduce services to patients.
• Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to engage with patients.
• Book an average of 14 appointments each day.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build trust with patients.
• Educate patients on the importance of scheduled services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient experiences.
• Escalate questions and concerns as needed.
• Temporary position through Dec 31, 2025, with a completion bonus.
• Start Date: September 22, 2025.

Requirements

• Residence in MST or PST.
• 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience.
• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Experience with Five9 and Zendesk.
• Experience using a Mac.
