Overview

The Patient Engagement Specialist role at DaVita focuses on improving patients' lives by providing support and enrolling them in health and wellness programs.

In Short

  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
  • Must be located in the Denver, CO metro area.
  • Make outbound calls to enroll patients in programs.
  • Build rapport with patients and customize communication.
  • Cross-train to support other coordinators as needed.
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Receive ongoing training and coaching.
  • Handle confidential patient information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Healthcare, sales, or call center experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
  • Experience with multiple systems is necessary.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information judiciously.
