Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist will serve as the first voice of Sprinter Health, introducing in-home health services to patients and encouraging them to make appointments. This role requires fluency in Spanish and a passion for patient care.

In Short

• First point of contact for patients at Sprinter Health
• Conducting 120 to 150 outbound calls daily
• Booking an average of 14 appointments each day
• Educating patients about in-home services
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for patient care
• Utilizing strong communication skills to build trust
• Escalating issues to other teams as needed
• Temporary position through Dec 31, 2025
• Completion bonus provided

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (speak, read, write)
• Residence in the eastern time zone
• 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience
• 1 year in the healthcare industry
• Experience with EHR systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels
• Commitment to patient confidentiality
